Welcome to Chopra Car Decor. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://chopracardecor.com) and the vehicle styling, custom retail fittings, and accessory installation services provided by Chopra Car Decor ("we", "us", "our"), based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

By accessing our website, booking installation slots, requesting custom quotes, or making purchases at our showroom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Product Descriptions

Chopra Car Decor offers retail sales and professional fitments of premium car styling components. Our offerings include:

• Custom fitment car seat covers and cabin floor mats.
• Audio upgrades, touchscreen players, wiring kits, and speakers.
• LED headlights, custom tail lights, alloy wheels, and other external/internal car styling accessories.

While we attempt to keep online product details, images, and prices up-to-date, minor product variances can occur based on parts updates and vehicle variants. Final physical fitment verification is completed in-person at our Jaipur showroom.

2. Vehicle Compatibility and Custom Fittings

For custom products such as leatherette seat covers or custom-fit floor matting, we rely on the vehicle specifications (make, model, variant, year) provided by you. You agree that:

• All details provided concerning your vehicle dimensions and model variants are accurate.
• Any adjustments required due to wrong specifications provided by the customer will be subject to extra labor and parts modification fees. We are not liable for fitment issues caused by incorrect car specifications supplied by the buyer.

3. Booking, Installation & Labor

Fitting reservations made online or via phone are subject to the following rules:

• We strive to adhere to booked installation times, but custom stitching and audio tuning might require additional vehicle testing time. We are not liable for logical delays in installations.
• Any modifications or wiring cuts requested by the customer that bypass standard manufacturer coupler fitments are performed strictly at the customer's risk and may void their official vehicle manufacturer warranty.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices and commercial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Prices quoted via phone or email are estimated based on your car model. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing at our showroom before the start of any fitment work.
• Full payment for products and fitment labor must be settled upon completion of the vehicle installation work and prior to vehicle release. We accept cash, major cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layouts, and code, is the exclusive property of Chopra Car Decor and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, republish, or distribute any material from this site without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chopra Car Decor and its technicians shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

• Standard wear and tear of custom seat covers, matting, or paint protection films.
• Third-party electrical product failures (e.g. Android players, LED bulbs) which carry direct manufacturer warranties.
• Vehicle warranty voids resulting from client-approved custom wire changes or custom aftermarket fitments.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with our services, products, or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changing regulations, retail laws, or service options. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued engagement with our showroom or website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
