At Chopra Car Decor, we strive to deliver professional, transparent, and high-quality car styling
products and fitment services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under
which returns, exchanges, and cancellations are processed for our customers in Jaipur.
1. Standard Retail Accessories
For standard boxed electronics or accessories (e.g. uninstalled LED bulbs, dash cams, vacuum
cleaners, and brand-packed floor mats):
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its
original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original store receipt.
- Any item that shows signs of installation, wire cuts, or scratch damage will not be eligible for
returns or refunds.
2. Custom Stitched & Tailored Products
Custom-fabricated seat covers or custom-fit console upholstery are sewn specifically to match your
chosen styling pattern and vehicle dimensions. Consequently:
- Once raw materials are cut or custom stitching work has commenced, bookings cannot be cancelled,
and payments/deposits are non-refundable.
- If a fitment defect or stitching flaw is observed on installation, we will repair or adjust the
cover free of charge to guarantee a perfect bucket fitment.
3. Audio Stereos and Electronics Warranties
All smart Android touchscreen stereos, amplifiers, woofers, and LED bulbs supplied by us carry direct
brand manufacturer warranties (usually 1 to 2 years):
- If an electronic component suffers a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it will be
repaired or replaced by the authorized brand service center according to their respective
policies.
- Warranties are voided if product damage is caused by external short circuits, exposure to water,
or manual customer wiring interventions.
4. Order Cancellations
For bookings made for vehicle fitments:
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled installation slot are fully refundable
(excluding custom-tailored orders).
- For cancellations made on the day of fitment, a service coordination charge might be deducted
from deposits.
5. Refund Process
When refunds are approved by our store managers:
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or
Card reversal).
- Reversal processes typically take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account depending on
bank processing schedules. Cash refunds are only issued for physical cash purchases returned
in-store.
